All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Methods
We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping: Reliable and cost-effective, with delivery typically within 2-3 business days. eco-winkel.nl ships from several different warehouses in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Scandinavia, depending on the product you buy. 70% of our products ship from The Netherlands and will arive at your doorstep within 3 business days maximum. For products shipped outside of The Netherlands it might take up to 7 business days. 

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are fixed depending on the warehouse that the products are stored in. All costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. If you order products from different warehouses you will have to pay shipping for each warehouse.

4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. While we strive to meet these estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect delivery times.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

6. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected countries. During checkout, fees, and estimated delivery times for your destination will be clearly displayed in the checkout page.
