Physalis Ashwagandha forte bio contains a premium ashwagandha or Indian ginseng extract; KSM-66®. More than a decade of research has resulted in an ashwagandha extract with high standardization of withanolides (>5%), while retaining the ratios found in nature. It is the world's most studied and safest broad-spectrum ashwagandha extract.

ashwagandha extract* (59.3%), filler: gum arabic*, rice flour* (Oryza sativa), anti-caking agent: lecithin* (Helianthus annuus), starch* (Zea mays), gelling agent: guar gum*, emulsifier: glycerol. *organic farming

Usage
1 tablet per day. To be taken with a meal and some water.

Ashwagandha:
Note when using thyroid medications.
Insufficient data is known about use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Storage instructions
Store cool (max. 25°C), dry, and in the dark.
